Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle may not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous undertakings. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unapproved drivers is not allowed. Driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle must not be used for purposes it was not designed for, nor may it exceed passenger or weight limits. Travel outside the designated geographical areas requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
